How about a chocolate facial?

Chocolate facials, floating or a treatments cold as ice...

A visit to the spa has gained huge popularity and is now a common way to relax. But there are different forms of spa treatments – and some are more unusual than others.
Spoil yourself with chocolate
Research has found that chocolate is a rich source of anti-oxidants and is now used by some spa facilities to ward off blemishes, wrinkles and soften the skin. Inner Sanctuary Spa in Manchester is one of the many places where you can enjoy a chocolate treatment. Their version is a facial with chocolate and rose essentials.
How much is the chocolate- and rose facial?
You'll get 55 minutes for € 74.
Float away and relax
On the Japanese style spa Yasuragi Hasseludden outside of Stockholm, Sweden you can try many different treatments and a more unusual one is floating. A one hour treatment is the same recreation for the body as four hours of sleep. Floating in this case literally means floating and relaxing in body-tempered salty water.
How much is a session of floating?
You'll get 45 minutes for € 59.
Stay cool
Have you ever heard of Cryotherapy? With winter coming up, this might not be your first choice... Aqua City in Poprad, Slovakia is offering spa treatments, exposing the body to 120 minus degrees Celsius! You will gradually cool down; walking through rooms with different temperatures and the treatment is carefully monitored. It lasts from 1-3 minutes and is good for inflammations and pain.
How much is this ice-cold treatment?
You'll get ten treatments for € 116.
